Casual Outfits For Spring | Outfits Of The Week Vol.4

So, if you follow along on instagram @sequinsandsatinblog than you already know I am starting a new series on here with outfits of the week!

We are going to try and have a “theme” each week so this week is casual outfits for spring since I know you all love casual outfits!

If you have any theme requests feel free to send them in over on instagram or through the contact form.

So let’s just get right on into these casual outfits for spring!

Quick Look At The Casual Outfits For Spring:

Monday | Cozy Day At Home Outfit

Quick Links: leggings (wearing a small, tts) | sweatshirt (in a medium, tts) | basic white sweatshirt (tts) | uggs (tts)

Since this was presidents day and we had the day off of school, I just hung out at home in this comfy outfit & played some games with the family!

These leggings are an amazon find that are SO soft, they have a fleece lining on the inside so they’re just so perfect to keep it cozy! (plus they come in other color options if the maroon isn’t your thing)

And of course I am wearing my sequins & satin logo sweatshirt (made it on teespring, great place to print custom designs!) with this because I mean, why not!

Tuesday | Sporty Chic Look

Quick Links: top (in a xs, size down for skin tight fit) | sneakers (tts) | similar jacket | similar joggers

This is definitely a more sporty look than what I usually share but this was just a really cold day & honestly I wanted to be comfy.

But of course still look cute! Joggers are always a great way to go when you want that effortless, sporty look that’s still chic.

The basic tee is a walmart find that comes in a pack of 2 for just $14! These are great for layering when it’s cold out or just to wear on their own in the spring with a skirt or some jeans.

Wednesday | All White Spring Outfit

Quick Links: jeans (in a 27, tts) | under-top (in a xs, size down for skin tight fit) | espadrilles (tts) | similar top

This look gives off all the spring vibes from the all white look to the ditsy floral print on the top and the cute espadrille sandals.

This style top with the tie front design always looks so flattering and is super easy to style.

The jeans are a walmart find that are just $5 and fit true to size & the top is another walmart find that is just $7 and a great basic.

Thursday | Ripped Jeans + Embroidered Tee

Quick Links: top (in a small, tts - oversized fit) | jeans (in a 2, tts) | booties (tts)

Who doesn’t love a good jeans & tee shirt outfit? This one is great because the oversized tee has the cute flower embroidered detail that makes it a little more fun!

The jeans are a new target find from wild fable (which if you are a frequent sequins & satin reader you know I am OBSESSED with wild fable jeans)

They are just so comfortable & are all around $20-$22 which for the quality always shocks me!

Friday | Jumpsuit + Pink Sweater

Quick Links: similar jumpsuit | mules (tts) | similar sweater

This outfit is a great one if you want to feel/look more dressed up but still feel SUPER comfy!

If you’re a bit shorter a cropped jumpsuit is a great idea because it will just fit like a normal one on you & look really cute!

I will link a few jumpsuit options above since I know they can be tough with sizing and fit and all that.

Links Requested This Week + Q/A:

How do you make the slider bars on your blog with the clothing pieces? (Like the ones under where it says quick links). Great question! I use rewardstyle (the back end of LIKEtoKNOW.it) for those which you do have to be accepted into. However if you aren’t a part of rewardstyle you can get the free WP carousel plugin to add images into a slider (which is what I do for the daily details slider on the home page!)

Where do you make your graphics for your blog, LIKEtoKNOW.it, instagram, etc.? This was asked about a lot & I use the free tool canva. (they do have a paid option but the free one has tons of awesome tools on its own. I will say if you are planning to create a brand for yourself you should definitely create your own templates in canva & not use the premade ones. So what I do is make myself branded templates so that no one else is using the same thing (& I LOVE making them, it’s super fun)

Can you please link the mascara you showed on instagram stories the other day? Of course! I use the benefit “they’re real” mascara & it works great and goes on very smoothly. You can shop it at sephora here (only $26 & it lasts for a while)
